Hi, I’m Charlotte!

I am a qualified and accredited practitioner coach, based in South East England, but working virtually with clients across the world.

I qualified as a coach because I genuinely love helping brilliant people like you to achieve your goals and to create the amazing lives and careers that you deserve.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process, but it is completely centred on you as the client.

A coach will ask you questions to establish your goals, and to guide you towards your own answers about how you can best achieve those goals.

A coach won’t give you advice or tell you what they think you should do. That’s honestly what I love most about coaching - it can be exhausting and confusing when everyone seems to have an opinion on what you “should” and “shouldn’t” be doing. Coaching is the one space where you aren’t inundated with everyone else’s opinions - it strips away all that noise and allows you to zone in on what you really think, and what’s important to you.

That’s not to say that a coach will just nod along and say “yes, how nice!” We will also provide supportive challenge through our questions if we think you might be holding yourself back, and we’ll support with keeping you accountable for taking actions to achieve your goals.

Coaching services

Professional coaching:

1-1 sessions where we will work together to help you identify and reach your professional goals.

This could include:

  • Achieving a better work-life balance

  • Setting up your own business

  • Achieving your career progression goals

  • Developing your leadership and management skills

  • Improving your public speaking or communication skills

  • Leading and managing teams through change

  • Returning to work after a career break

  • And more…the sky is the limit!

(Career or professional coaching is often linked to personal coaching - so don’t worry if you book in for career coaching and then decide you want to incorporate some elements of personal coaching too - we can keep it flexible!)

Personal coaching:

1-1 sessions where we will work together to help you identify and reach your personal goals.

Personal coaching can relate to all sorts (and as mentioned above, it is often linked to professional coaching - so don’t worry if you book in for personal coaching and then decide you’d like to incorporate elements of professional coaching too!)

Some examples of what we might cover in personal coaching include:

  • Improving your health and wellbeing

  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationships

  • Improving your self-esteem

  • Banishing negative self-talk

  • Managing stress

  • And lots more … you name it!

My coaching offer is open to all, but in terms of personal coaching, I particularly love working with women on the following issues:

  • Addressing negative self-talk and improving self-esteem

  • Addressing imposter syndrome

  • Clarifying your core values and motivators

  • Developing and maintaining boundaries

Why work with me?

I'm accredited as a practitioner coach with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring

  • That means that I've met strict accreditation criteria, including demonstrating coaching experience, continuing professional development, and 400 hours worth of study about coaching.

  • It also means that I've signed up to the IAPC&M's Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics, meaning that you can be confident that I am practising safely, effectively, and lawfully.

My professional background is in change management

  • I lead complex organisational change and transformation programmes for a living. This means using my knowledge about what makes change "stick" to support individuals, teams, and organisations to make and sustain positive changes.

  • I’ve got qualifications in change management and continuous improvement, so if it’s helpful, I can share practical tools and strategies to support you to reach your goals.

I am a qualified social worker

  • Being a social worker is a very different role to being a coach! So don’t worry, you’re not signing up for a social work programme.

  • But it does mean that I am used to working with people and supporting them to make positive changes to their lives and to reach their goals, often under pretty difficult circumstances.

  • No matter what challenges you’re facing, I will be supportive, non-judgemental, and genuinely focused on you and helping you to achieve your goals.

And remember, anyone can hop on social media, call themselves a coach, and promise to change your life overnight.

Whoever you choose as your coach (even if it’s not me!) please make sure that they are appropriately trained and accredited. You deserve to work with someone who takes you and your goals seriously enough to put the hard work in.

"I recently had the privilege of working with Charlotte as a coach, and I couldn't be more impressed.

Her services are truly exceptional. From the first session, it was clear that she possesses a unique blend of professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help me thrive.

What sets her apart is the warm and non-judgmental space she created for me. She listens actively, provides insightful guidance, and encourages deep self-exploration. Her positive attitude and commitment to her work are fascinating, leaving me motivated and re-energised after each session.

Don't miss the chance to work with her!"
